Q: How many treatments will I need? 

A: This depends entirely on the individual. It can vary from one treatment to a number of treatments, according to different aspects, such as the complaint a patient is suffering from and how long they have had the problem.

Q: What sort of clothing should I wear?

A: Comfortable loose clothing, to stop restriction of movement is most suitable to wear for treatment. 

Q: Will the treatment be painful?

A: No, the treatments are very gentle and are generally quite relaxing. On occasions it is possible to feel some slight tingling sensations during acupuncture or some tightness from the cupping therapy, but generally no pain should be experienced throughout the treatment. We do not use any heavy, forceful or dangerous manipulations, such as forcing cracking of the skeletal system.

A: Treatments generally last between half an hour to an hour, depending on what type of treatment is required for the patients individual needs.
